Returns
As a private customer you have the right of withdrawal for a period of 14 days and return the goods we have supplied, no questions asked. After the withdrawal you have 14 calendar days to return an item. You will then be credited with the item amount including shipping costs. The costs for returning the item from your home to Artefacts are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to Artefacts with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, you can contact us at sales@artefacts.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has been returned in good order.
Returns policy does not apply if:
- products were purchased in the physical store of Artefacts in Sint-Michielsgestel
- you are a business customer
Excluded from return are:
- semiconductors
- products made to order
Replacement
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at sales@artefacts.nl, you can then return the product and we will replace the product.

You are responsible for the return shipment. If the product is lost or damaged during return shipment, this is your risk.
