The drum machine was released by Roland in 1985 with punchy low-fi sampled sounds. The hi-hat, cymbals and clap resemble the sounds of the TR-909. The matrix display is a nice addition and helps you to keep an overview during programming. The 707 has midi in and out and a DIN sync input. All instruments have individual outputs and the level of each instrument can be adjusted in the mixer section. It also features a shuffle and flam effect.
